Just finished the traditional 12 course meal at my folks house. It was scaled down, of course, since it was just the three of us.
Still, I was surprised to learn that salt and pepper count as a course each...

And, **Arkansas**??? I spent a month there for work. Not one of my favourite places. At least you're a mesomorphic white male. That should help a bit.
As long as they don't catch my last name, I should be fine.
(shudder) I know that the land down there is beautiful, and there are going to be some very nice people, but I've already heard a couple of disturbing stories of some locals down there from some coworkers who were in Beebe to find a suitable location for a shop.
"Beautiful land"? Well, if you go on any camping trips in backwoods Arkansas, you are a FAR braver person than I am. :)
At least you'll have the Intarweb. And there are probably flights from Little Rock to San Jose; come visit!
